Enfin ~ This was supposed to be "Princes LOL Too" because I just wanted to draw Marth laughing cutely, but then it suddenly became "Princes and Angels" and then I got carried away and now you've got this :3
I tried out a soft coloring. However... Scanners... you know what I mean.
I don't know why they're laughing at, but it's probably you :3 (But don't worry, it's just an innocent laughter, Marth would never think of making fun of anyone)
