The other day I was thinking about a young Hiccup (approximately 15 years old). I guess in his times 15 years of age meant that you were grown up, ready to take upon the responsabilities that you would eventually have to assume. He was not just a common Viking, but the son of the chief. Then again, he was no normal among his tribe.

For a kid like him, I think it was harder than it should have been.

Se you can see him here, just taking a break from everything: from the pressure his father causes, from the failure he is at the classroom, from the future and from his innumerable secrets (like the slavemark you can see).

Of course, with his closest friend always by his side.

Haha, I'm the same way with water - but yeah, it worked really well here! I love it when things turn out lovely that we sometimes struggle with... it's so satisfying.
